Now that summer is here, and hopefully longer sunnier days, it really is so important to get out and give our bodies and minds a good helping of fresh air. I have always found over the years for myself, and clients, that the benefits of exercise/movement/activity can energize the mind every bit as much as the body. Even small bursts of exercise or walks in the outdoors will help. It gets us out of our comfort zones. It gives us a sense of achievement. It gives us the encouragement and motivation to keep going, to keep improving, to keep living.
